▹ Interpretation:
Life is a strange thing.
We are surrounded by people from the very start. People come and go; some leave us as nameless faces, and others leave while dropping little pieces of themselves in our hands.
Of course, if we possess life, then we are mortal. So there are times when we fall, and when we do, it’s the kind that leaves us cracked and desolate.
But then we remember those bits that people have given us. To find someone so dear in your life must be a miracle, especially when there’s a one in a million chance of doing so—after all, as humans, we exist in our own bubbles, and it’s only by chance that these bubbles intersect.
And that’s why we’re able to run. We’re able to cling on to the small threads of hope left in front of us and continue on, no matter what—and although we might go a little off track, we’ll smile through the pain and leave behind a new path for someone else to follow.
We'll become a shooting star to guide someone else when they're broken, just like how the people whom we met guided us.
