爱尔玛·多伊彻 Alma Deustcher
作曲家、小提琴家、钢琴家
爱尔玛·多伊彻是位年轻的英国作曲家、小提琴家、钢琴家，生于2005年。她自2岁起习钢琴，自3岁起习小提琴，此后开始在钢琴上即兴创作。四岁起她开始尝试作曲，开始写作一部关于“海盗阿伦佐”的歌剧。
她在6岁时创作了第一部完整的钢琴奏鸣曲，在7岁时创作了第一部短歌剧《扫梦人》，此后她创作了一系列为钢琴、小提琴、室内乐重奏等而作的作品。她在2015年九岁时首演了自己的小提琴协奏曲，同年她的首部为交响乐团而作的作品《索伦特美人鱼之舞》在索伦特音乐节首演。
十岁时，爱尔玛完成了一部全长歌剧《灰姑娘》。这部歌剧的室内乐版本于2015年在以色列上演。在2016年，在祖宾梅塔大师的提携下，《灰姑娘》以更为丰满的面貌在维也纳首演，并获得了观众起立鼓掌的殊荣以及国际上的好评。《灰姑娘》的英文版于2017年12月在美国圣何塞市首演，其儿童特别版亦在2018年一月由维也纳国家歌剧院首演。
十二岁时，爱尔玛完成了她的首部钢琴协奏曲，并在奥地利与她的小提琴协奏曲同台上演，获得了公众和媒体的好评。
此外，爱尔玛也常被国际知名媒体报道。在2017年，BBC（英国广播公司）和美国CBS电视网分别为她制作了专题纪录片。她的YouTube频道点击量也达到了6百万次以上。
爱尔玛也以钢琴、小提琴独奏家的身份在英国、德国奥地利，瑞士，法国，西班牙，乌拉圭，美国，加拿大，以色列，日本和中国演出。她还曾参与Google Zeitgeist等大型活动与物理学家斯蒂芬·霍金等演讲者同台表演。
