Megha Ahuja presents a model implemented in two K-12 schools for supporting and mentoring teachers in order to achieve educational goals. Mentoring and establishing positive relationship with the teachers emerged as a key aspect for the success of this model. It highlights essential parameters responsible for transmitting training into practice thus enhancing students’ learning.
