This is the 6th lecture in a first-year programming course that I am teaching at the University of Toronto, delivered on January 21, 2022.
In this lecture, we first introduced how random number generators can be used in expressions to generate random numbers in any target range. We then started to introduce decision making using if statements and relational expressions, and solved the "roulette game" problem as an example.
