设定资料（中文）：生活在自古以来生存竞争激烈的网络之海，由于持续战斗，被认为是可以更加狂暴进化的水栖型数码兽。大蛇般的长身体是其特征，使用这长身体缠住来袭的敌人身体，勒紧直到对方停止呼吸。本来并不拥有智慧，依靠本能在网络之海游荡。必杀技是从口中吐出绝对零度的气息，让水瞬间冻结并向敌人放出的「冰箭」。
设定资料（日文）：古代より生存競争の高いネットの海に生息し、戦いつづけることによって、より狂暴に進化した水棲型デジモンと考えられている。大蛇の様に長い体が特徴的で、この長い体を使い、襲い来る敵に体を巻きつけ、敵が息絶えるまで締め上げる。元来、知性というものを持ち合わせておらず、本能の赴くままネットの海を泳ぎ回っている。必殺技は口から絶対零度の息をはきだし、水を瞬時に凍らせて敵に放つ『アイスアロー』。

英文版介绍：In "Break Through the Sea Monster Barricade", a Seadramon evolves to Waru Seadramon after it eats a wild Ebidramon. Two other Seadramon are called to the area by Waru Seadramon. They try to attack Yagami Taichi and Agumon, but are quickly overpowered by Zudomon.
A Seadramon attacked Taichi and Botamon in Valkyrimon's test in "The Crest of Courage". It tried to eat them, but Taichi's quick-thinking with the use of a log saved their life, and they managed to escape, though Taichi fainted afterwards.
After Negamon was finally defeated in "The End of the Adventure", Whamon kept swimming alongside Marin Angemon's city, propelled by Daipenmon's Kakikaki-kun and Kochikochi-kun, now accompanied by Digimon from the city itself: a Seahomon, a Sangomon and a Shakomon, as well as groups of Betamon and Seadramon, and a Ranamon. Meanwhile, El Doradimon floated above them.

Seadramon appears as an obtainable Adult-level Data type Digimon in Digimon World.
Seadramon is the guardian of Dragon Eye Lake and only appears on the southern part of the lake, swimming around at early morning or evening, from 5 to 7, and can only be fished by the Amazing Rod Tonosama Gekomon sells to you. After being fished, Seadramon will grant 3 wishes:
Seadramon can be fished as many times as the Player wants, so its reccomended to get a couple of Water Bottles from it and having taught all the necessary Water Techniques.
Betamon is the only Child Digimon that can evolve into Seadramon, in order to evolve into Seadramon, your Digimon must meet the following criteria:
Seadramon's evolution item is the Water Bottle which lets any Child Digimon evolve into Seadramon.
Seadramon has 5 possible evolutions depending on the stats and Care Mistakes made:

Seadramon is the third obligatory boss of the game, fighting the Chosen Children at the end of Episode 3, "The Blue Wolf! Garurumon", after Takaishi Takeru wakes it up. For the battle, as in the anime, Gabumon will evolve for the first time into Garurumon for no SP cost and remain in the form for the battle. Seadramon can deal extra damage to one party Digimon with Tail Attack, deal multiple hits in one attack to one party Digimon with Ice Arrow, or deal multiple hits and Break to one party member with Shimetsukeru.
Seadramon and Shellmon serve as the final bosses of the optional Digital Dungeon α, where they fight the Chosen Children together. Defeating them grants the player one Meat.
Seadramon appears as a random encounter from Sub-Episode 9, "Mojyamon's Lineage" onwards.

すらりとした体は、深海に生息するウミヘビのような姿をしており、青い体と黄色い頭部、象のような蒲団のような耳を持っている。普通の獣の意識でネットの海を泳ぐのは、海の中でよく見られるデジモンだ。凶暴な性格で、怒られたら迷わず自分のほっそりした体を超きつく縛り、戦闘領域に長けた水の中に引きずり込む。相手が息絶えるまで溺死するかもしれない。水柱は体の中で弾に圧縮され、口のところで急速に冷凍されて相手に噴射される。冷凍せずに高圧水柱で相手に噴射することもある。大量のシードラモンの同族に遭遇すると、絡み合ったり回転したりする方式で、水中で水竜巻きや大渦を形成する方式で相手を窮地に陥れる。とにかく勝手に近づかなければいい。→修长的身体，姿态如同栖息于深海的海蛇一样，有着青色的身体和黄色的头部，以及像大象那样的蒲扇一般的耳朵。靠着普通野兽的意识畅游于网络之海，是海洋当中的常见数码兽。性格凶暴，一旦被惹怒了的话会毫不犹豫的将自己修长的身体以超紧实的方式捆绑住对手，并拖入其擅长战斗领域的水中。直到对方气绝淹死或许才肯松绑。水柱在身体里压缩成子弹，在嘴巴处急速冷冻后喷射给对手。有时候也不冷冻，以高压水柱的方式喷射给对手。如果是遇到大量的海龙兽同族的话，会互相缠绕和旋转的方式，在水中形成水龙卷和大漩涡的方式让对手陷入绝境。总之不要随意的接近即可。
角色形象来源
海蛇，中药名。为眼镜蛇科的一亚科。与眼镜蛇亚科相似，都是具有前沟牙的毒蛇。亦称“青环海蛇”，“斑海蛇”，是生活在海洋里的爬行动物。长1.5～2米。其躯干略呈圆筒形，体细长，后端及尾侧扁。背部深灰色。
在蛇类演化的早期阶段，地球上曾出现过巨大的海蛇，这些大海蛇只存在很短的时间就灭绝了，仅留下为数不多的的化石，作为它们旧日曾活在世上的见证。
现代海蛇的个体都不很大，它们对于海洋生活环境已有了不同程度的适应性。在北起菲律宾岛、南到大洋N：IL部、西至印度海岸的广大海区有一种历史最古老的海蛇——锉蛇，这是海蛇中少有的无毒蛇类，体长大约60厘米至1米之间，肌肉松软，身体呈黄褐色，表面有很细的粒状鳞片。锉蛇的心血管和呼吸的生理机能非常适于水中生活，它的血红蛋白输氧效率特别高，潜水时的心跳可降到每分钟1次以下。它在水中的潜伏时间可以长达5小时之久，而在这期间的呼吸功能有13%是通过皮肤进行的。锉蛇唇部的组织和鳞片能将嘴封得滴水不漏，下颌有一个盐分泌腺，用来分担肾脏排泄盐分的沉重负担。锉蛇已十分少见了。
