shall  多用于第一人称  I   we

表示将来某个时间将要发生的动作状态

I / We shall meet him at six o'clock tomorrow.

It will rain tomorrow

be going to  加 动词原形  

表示将来打算计划要做某事

I am going to watch a movie tonight.

We are going to play basketball tomorrow night

will not /  won't  不会  不打算
