1、EA账户换绑页面及条款说明
首先进入EA账户的管理页面，
EA客户端进入方法
打开会进入一个浏览器的链接。（网页搜索EA账户官网同可）
操作如下:
若从未绑定steam账户可直接绑定即可。
确定换绑前建议先了解下EA关于链接其他平台账户的条款和规则：

以上条款细节及其他说明可详见EA help官网，这里简单解释一下：
如果你想在你的Steam账户绑定其他新的EA账户，你可以操作。只需要在你的旧EA平台上解绑此Steam的账户，释放掉这个Steam账户，然后原Steam就可以绑定新的EA账户了。但一旦EA账户绑定上了这个Steam,那么在六个月内，这个账户无法取消解除Steam绑定。
听上去很美好对吧，但实际真正解绑掉之后在EA账户链接新的Steam账户，你大概会遇到和我此前一样的问题——
如遭雷击
是的，绑定不上新的Steam账户了，除了原先解绑的Steam账户，别的Steam都不能绑定了。具体这个使用周期是多久，结合此前其他网友的说法和经历，我想可能远远不止6个月——无明示限期。
我们可以从第二张图来找原因，这张条款的意思是：同一种类型的账户只能链接的您的EA账户一次。以Xbox平台为例，此前这个EA绑定过Xbox平台，哪怕现在用户解绑了目前绑定的Xbox账户，您也无法绑定新的Xbox在这个EA账户上。我想Steam的账户同理。
根据这两张图的条款，由此我得到了一个不负责任的结论：
简单来说，EA账户只能认主一种平台一次，也就是一个EA账户只能认主一个Steam账户，而一个Steam账户倒是可以绑定多个EA账户在不同周期内。
但，真的就没有办法了吗？
2、如何解绑旧的steam账户并且短期内换绑新的steam账户
我们知道EA的客服权限是非常大的，有些用户的账户被盗取、冻结甚至封禁，去找客服可能都能悬崖勒马给救回来，前提如果你能说服铁石心肠的客服。所以，遇到这种用户层面无法解决的情况，我一般会求助客服，事实上大多数公司的线上客服都有许许多多用户难以想到的隐藏权限。因此，接到主线——开始和客服对线！
1）首先进入EA help官网；
搜索即可
打开之后引入眼帘的就是喜庆的What do you need help with~，嗯希望它能尊嘟帮我解决。
页面右上角可以登录你的EA账户；页面往下拉到底，切换当前帮助页面的地区，选择美国（美国的在线客服数量似乎多很多）。
2）选择你游玩的游戏海报卡片，然后选择你面临的问题分类；（比如我当时就是想换绑APEX所在EA账户到我此前丢失但现在找回的Steam账户）
点击标记框框
理论上可以随便选一个，只要点开之后可以呼出带有客服聊天的页面。这里以“我的账户被黑掉”为例打开。观察页面一定要有在线聊天选项——名为“CHAT WITH US”的按钮。
若没有，可能是以下几种情况：
当前网络环境不佳，可能需要科学上网；
时间不对，换个时间点去寻找客服最好是美国工作日时间；
遭到屏蔽——如果此前有，在这段时间内又突然没了，可能是你访问请求次数过多EA会把你屏蔽掉，具体多久可能不少于一两天。（很急的话，可以通过更换别的EA账户登录这个帮助页面解决，不影响后续求助客服的问题EA账户）
3）点击按钮后，填写这个case的简要信息；（尽量认真填写，但瞎填不影响呼出在线客服）
提交后的等待页面
保持页面活跃，耐心等待右下角呼出的客服倒计时窗口即可。
4）开始和客服聊天，用英语说明情况，请求他的帮助。注意礼貌！！！
首先是打招呼，他也会向你问好，并且一定会问你名字，或许这对他们的工作很重要 。
然后会问你有问题的EA账户，这也是为什么可以通过不断换号甚至注册小号来找骚扰客服。
经验之谈奉上
当你向客服讲述了你的诉求——把EA账户链接到新的Steam平台上，客服会帮你查询你的EA账户，之后你会有以下支线：
如果你的客服二话不说愿意帮助你，那么congratulations！你已经得到了解决，超越评论区百分之90的不幸群众，你所要做的就是听从他指示提供给他验证码敬候佳音。
有如此善解人意通情达理善于变通的客服，更多的有刻板冷漠多一事不如少一事的客服。如果他委婉的拒绝了你的请求，表示没有办法和权限或者说一些条款明面上的理由，例如：由于你账户里有APEX这款游戏的充值记录，就无法绑定新的Steam...那么其实你就可以和他say Goodbye了，不必浪费口舌，哪怕我已经把自己描述成性别是武装直升机的玉玉自闭患者。（无意冒犯这些群体，私密马赛）
愿意帮你、好说话的客服在你提出诉求、他了解完情况之后会爽快的协助你解决这件事情。而刻板固守的客服在听你滔滔不绝深情动人的演说之后依然会选择用冰冷的条款回应你的礼貌和热情。
这里没有任何责怪这种客服的意思，只是站在我们用户的角度、玩家的角度，我们想做和需要做的就是节约自己的时间来解决我们面临由于生硬条款不人性化带来的问题。（疯狂叠甲）
另外，最好不要用电邮的方式联系客服，因为时差和工作表的关系，很难及时建立起有效的沟通。可能客服看到并收到你的消息，哪怕愿意帮助你，回信给你让你提供验证码，你也未必能够守着邮箱及时做出回复；更多的可能是今天这个客服了解了你的情况，你睡醒回信过去等几天却受到了另外一个客服的自我介绍和What need you help。
