这么一搞，让我觉得自己手里的10来个GPT Plus账号变得又稀有又值钱啊……
不过相信这个情况不会持续太久，以OpenAI的效率，应该很快就会恢复的。

所以，如果你还没用过，建议早早做好准备。AI一天人间一年，晚一步就不知道错过多少。
言归正传，今天带来的是在国内极速充值GPT-4 Plus的方法。
必要条件只有一个：准备一步iPhone
以下是手把手保姆级教程——
一、注册APP Store美区账号

二、在APP Store搜索ChatGPT，安装到iPhone上
三、支付宝购买APP Store充值卡
点击支付宝左上角的地区
选择国际/港澳台，搜索栏中搜索“旧金山”，并选择
支付宝下方菜单栏选择“出境”，进入页面后，向下滑动，找到“折扣礼卡”按钮
找到“APP Store”并点击“去购买”
输入金额，至少$20（Plus月费是$19.99）
按照页面指引注册账号并支付后，收到礼品卡号码
四、给APP Store充值
进入APP Store，点击右上角头像
点击“兑换充值卡或代码”
点击“手动输入兑换码”
输入上面买到的礼品卡号码进行充值
查看账户余额，确定充值成功
五、充值GPT Plus会员
打开ChatGPT，点击右上角“…”里的Settings
点击“Upgrade to ChatGPT Plus”
点击“Subscribe”
点击付费
成功完成购买
“Upgrade to ChatGPT Plus”按钮消失
上方的“GPT-4”按钮可以使用了

What is it?
GPT-4 Turbo is our latest generation model. It’s more capable, has an updated knowledge cutoff of April 2023 and introduces a 128k context window (the equivalent of 300 pages of text in a single prompt). The model is also 3X cheaper for input tokens and 2X cheaper for output tokens compared to the original GPT-4 model. The maximum number of output tokens for this model is 4096.
How can I get access to it?
Anyone with an OpenAI API account and existing GPT-4 access can use this model. The model can be accessed by passing gpt-4-1106-preview as the model name in the API.
What are the rate limits? Can I get an increase?
Rate limits are dependent on your usage tier. You can find which usage tier you are on your Limits settings page. Since this model is a preview, we won’t be accommodating rate limit increases on GPT-4 Turbo at this time. We plan to release the stable production-ready model in the coming weeks.

Since launching ChatGPT people have been asking for ways to customize ChatGPT to fit specific ways that they use it. We launched Custom Instructions in July that let you set some preferences, but requests for more control kept coming. Starting today, you can create GPTs and share them publicly. Later this month, we’re launching the GPT Store, featuring creations by verified builders. Once in the store, GPTs become searchable and may climb the leaderboards. We will also spotlight the most useful and delightful GPTs we come across in categories like productivity, education, and “just for fun”. In the coming months, you’ll also be able to earn money based on how many people are using your GPT.
