Windows 搜索栏 > 输入“防火墙” >> 选择“Windows 防火墙与高级安全”。

选择“出站规则”，点击“新建规则”，然后按照以下步骤进行操作：

程序路径：选择 Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom 应用程序

操作：阻止连接 >> 下一步。

配置文件网络：选中所有复选框：域、专用和公用 >> 下一步。

名称：选择任何名称 >> 完成。 you can also click on the Inbound rule from the left sidebar and follow the same steps. But it isn't neccesary.
