The Rhino was built over the chassis of a British FV432 APC, commissioned by THQ as a Blood Ravens vehicle for Games Day 2008 to promote Dawn of War II. It was eventually re-acquired by Games Workshop and repainted in the livery of the Ultramarines. The vehicle is still functional.

Currently attached to the Ultramarines 2nd Company as the assigned transport vehicle for the Company's Second Tactical Squad, this Rhino armoured personnel carrier was inducted into the Chapter's service during the slow rebuilding of the Chapter after the grievous losses it incurred in the battles the Ultramarines fought against Hive Fleet Behemoth. The vehicle currently bears the skull symbol utilised as an army badge by elements of the Ultramarines and other Imperial units under the command of Marneus Calgar in defence of Ultramar.
