The Brotherhood of Ruin was an Abhuman empire operating around the Maelstrom during the Great Crusade period. Commanding many thousands of small ships and having a force of Ork mercenaries, the warlords of the Brotherhood unleashed their cyborg and Ork legions against the Adeptus Mechanicus world of Sarum. However they were annihilated by the World Eaters in the Golgothan Slaughter.
