The app requires network access only for:
Sending anonymous usage statistics to Umeng analytics servers
We do not use network access to:
Upload your video files
Upload your subtitles

7. Device Permissions
To provide core functionality, the App may request the following permissions:
Photo Library Access: Only for importing video files; no uploads or sharing
File Access: Only to access video files you select
Media Library Access: Only for playing imported videos
All permissions are used only after your explicit consent and only for their intended functions.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not designed for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Because the App operates entirely locally, we effectively collect no user information at all.
9. Data Deletion
You may delete your data at any time by:
Deleting individual videos within the App
Clearing all app settings through the settings page
Uninstalling the App, which removes all app data
