This is the April Fool's version of The Ballad of Seat 7 and does not reflect any real changes made to the World Cup script. That being said, The Ballad of Seat 7! is fast, confusing, and a jolly bad time. Please enjoy it in all of it's awful glory
April Fool's Changes:
Pit Hag → Wizard
Many people complained that Pit Hag made the evil team too broken so I've found the perfect solution. Wizard is much more mechanically balanced and doesn't break the game at all. Everyone will love this.
Scarlet Woman → Evil Twin
People have rightfully pointed out that Scarlet Woman and Fang Gu on a smaller player count can be rough. Normally the solution would be to swap out Fang Gu since it adds an extra evil as well but I think I can do even better. Now you can claim Seat 7 is your Evil Twin! This definitely has no possibility of backfiring.
No Dashii → Vortox
No Dashii next to a Magician is definitely a fun interaction that everyone loves. However I think the script needs another reason to end early. And why not add some more poisoning while I'm at it!
Vigor → Legion
Vigor can be a bit rough with a Seat 7 evil team due to the lack of voting power it brings if minions are killed. I think the best change for this would be the exact opposite. Now the good team can get stuck with the seat and slowly watch as evil steamrolls them into the ground!
Farmer → Atheist
Farmer Seat 7 is a little redundant as it just allows the storyteller to give advice to whoever they choose rather than a specific person. I think Atheist Seat 7 is much better and definitely not the same as Seat 7 just drawing the demon token. Plus it's everyone's favorite clocktower role!
Barber → Heretic
Nothing like a good UNO reverse card to spice up your seat 7 games! With so many fun alternate win conditions in play such as Damsel, Saint, Vortox, Evil Twin, Atheist, and a day 1 Boomdandy, I think what this script really needs is a Heretic! Now you can rejoice as neither team will have any idea what is going on until the grim is revealed!
