Vox-Operated is a weapon upgrade that can be applied to any Pistol, Basic, Grenade, or Heavy weapon. This upgrade integrates specifically-coded vox receivers into the weapon’s trigger mechanisms, so that the user can operate it by voice if needed. Users can also operate the shot selector and switch firing modes if applicable merely by speaking the appropriate command. For security reasons each receiver is usually keyed to just one voice pattern. Additionally, if the weapon is equipped with a fire selector, the clip may also be selected simply by speaking aloud.
