Grav-flares are fired from integral tube launchers and used to light large swathes of terrain. With a small rocket motor to get it to altitude and a low-power grav-system similar to a grav plate to keep it there, these extremely high-intensity chemical flares can illuminate an area roughly ten kilometres across. They come in red, white, green, gold, and blue.
