Mikey Whipwreck made his ROH debut as a special guest referee on February 23, 2002, participating in the promotion's first-ever event. In 2003, he teamed up with The SAT, Divine Storm, and Da Hit Squad to defeat the "Special K" group. He lost a singles match to Jack Xavier on May 17 of that same year, then later joined "Special K" and teamed with Dixie, losing a match to "The SAT" combination. As a member of "Special K," he also teamed with Angel Dust, Dixie, and Hydro to defeat "The Backseat Boyz" and "The SAT."
After July 2003, Mikey Whipwreck faded from ROH events, only appearing on extremely rare occasions as a special guest or coach.
